Hi! I’m Rebecca — bodyworker, intuitive healer, and women’s wellness advocate. For 16 years I’ve helped women release what’s trapped in the body and reconnect to their inner rhythms. Sessions blend deep tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, lymphatic drainage, and energy work for whole-body transformation.
At vital roots massage, I take a holistic approach to massage therapy, focusing on the mind-body connection and treating the whole person. My goal is to help women achieve balance and harmony in their lives through the healing power of touch to support mental, physical and spiritual wellness.
