Frequently Asked Questions

Arrival?

*Please arrive NO MORE than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, in order to ensure time for disinfecting, sanitizing and airing out the treatment room. Arriving late to your massage reduces your session time. If front doors are locked, please wait in car and text your therapist.

Payment?

*Payments may be made online or in-person. Please consider paying ahead for contactless transactions. Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (add a 3% processing fee to all credit card transactions). 

After-care?

*Please treat massage day like a detox and re-set. Your body will need some time to rest, relax and process the flushing of toxins and fluids.  Please drink plenty of water, get a good nights sleep, and be very gentle with yourself. It is common to experience discomfort after a session as your body detoxes.
