Arrival

*Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late to your massage reduces your session time. 

Payment

*Payments may be made online or in-person. Gratuity is included in the prices. Please consider paying ahead for contactless transactions. Payment is accepted via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card. 

After-care

*Please treat massage day like a detox and re-set. Your body will need some time to rest, relax and process the flushing of toxins and fluids.  Please drink plenty of water, get a good night's sleep, and be very gentle with yourself. It is common to experience discomfort after a session as your body detoxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give  24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the session fee.  All clients must agree to the cancellation policy and sign waiver.
