CREDIT CARD POLICY:

All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% processing fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the session fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. All clients must agree to the cancellation policy and sign waiver.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We will be waiving cancellation fees for people with symptoms, positive test, or possible exposure. Please be kind and communicate with us and we will do the same.
