All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the session fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. All clients must agree to the cancellation policy and sign waiver.
COVID-19 UPDATE: We will be waiving cancellation fees for people with symptoms, positive test, or possible exposure. Please be kind and communicate with us and we will do the same. Please call or email with any questions. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
